1. I have registered by post and can access VL live via website, but still shows as unregistered when try to use progamme from desktop icon, and so no access.

2. If I do not wish to subscribe for updates how do I use the VL software which has cost me £125?

Are you getting a dialogue box saying that you are un-registered but not the registration form itself?

If so then download the latest update by going to Edit and Online Update from within the software to fix this error.

If you are still getting a blank registration form appearing, please contact support at Church House Publishing on 020 7898 1451 option 3 and i will walk you through the process.

Best

I have tried to register my VLL but still cannot access this.  I have tried to ring several times but I keep going round in circles and cannot get to speak to anyone.

Please can you give my some instruction or ring me on 01636 363629

Thanks

Sheila
