Oh dear! Just when I thought everything was hunky dory, I find that SoE works insofar as the relevant saint's name appears in the calendar, and in the service screen, but as plain text - i.e not as a hyperlink - anyone got any ideas?

This is VLL on a Vista machine.

Presuming you are still having problems, can you give me a specific example? Eg you go to the VL calendar, select this saint on such-and-such a date, but don't get SOE help?

This could be caused by not having the latest updates applied - both VL and content. Can you check you are fully up-to-date (Help - online update)?

We need to look into this. I'm intrigued that it is intermittent. Can you see any pattern?

Well, I am still having the same problem, albeit intermittently, even though i manually installed SOE. Anyone else had the same problem?

Well I just upgraded to VLL and then discovered that the instructions for loading SOE were built round VL4. I ended up just importing the module manually. Whhether that worked properly, I can't tell yet.

Would be good to have information onthis from support.

Since upgrading, when I load VL, sometimes SOE appears with all the info etc, and other times not. Also, I have lost the Methodist Module. Any advice?
