Yes, that's it, thanks. It actually happens every time I install VL when I change my computer - I've saved the instructions this time!

There should be a tab for usage. If it is not appearing, you could try the following:

In VL, note the location of the configuration files (Edit - Preferences - Paths).

Close VL, and find the file winsettings.xml which is in that location. Open it in Notepad.

In Notepad, use Edit - Find and search for the word Always. It will find the following line:

<mAlwaysRecreateTextDetails>false</mAlwaysRecreateTextDetails>

Change false to true, so it looks like this:

Then save the file and close Notepad. Re-open VL.

Does that fix the problem?

Usage reports for hymns

Can someone help me to get the box with usage, source etc for hymns back? I can get the text by clicking on the hymn, but there are no details in the left hand side of the box where I should be able to get sources, usage report etc.
