The columns are generated dynamically. For a responsibility column to appear, do as follows:

1. Open a service in the detail view.

2. Right-click the item for which you want to add a responsibility and choose Service Item Properties.

3. On the General tab, select a person and a person title.

4. On the Planner and overview tab, check Show in services planner and Show as responsibility.

5. Save the service.

6. In the planner, you may need to choose Planner - Reset columns for the new column to appear.
