Why are receipts not issued when purchasing or renewing subscription online.
A receipt is normally issued by all other commercial organizations and one is needed by the parish treasurer to issue a relevant repayment of expenditure. The receipt could take the form of a printable sheet or an email.

Can I echo this - I would like a receipt please, otherwise my treasurer wont pay me it back!

I would be grateful for a link to renew my subscription via. I see update or full but not renew.
Also the software should tell you and offer you a link for this.
Seeing various other grumbles, I admit that things are not looking good here for its future. For the money spent we actually need improvements and updates.
