I am trying to load my copy of VL Live onto an new desktop running Vista. I keep getting an error message that says "Error: The license code that you have supplied does not match a valid license code on our records.  Please recheck the code that you have entered." I have checked many mnay times and it is the corret code.

I had awful trouble getting VLLive onto a new laptop, also running Vista. i eventually got really good help from the service desk esd@epic.co.uk.

Hope that might be useful????
