| I have a team license and have loaded the VL live software but when I try to register it I get the error message "Error: The license code that you have supplied does not match a valid license code on our records. Please recheck the code that you have entered." no matter how I arrange the original licence number and my team serial number in the serial number and team serial number boxes on the form. but when I log on and look at Subscription Management my licence is there. Can you help please.

Identical problem as the 2nd member of our team to try to load - first one went in fine.

| Hi - I can see that two of you are having the same problem. This must be frustrating, but we can see from our behind-the-scenes view that team licensing and registration is generally working well, so I need more information about what's happening at your computers. We might have created scope for some confusion in the wording of the registration screen, so first would you double-check that you're registering as follows: - For the first copy of VL to be registered (the principal member of the team, if you like), the serial number from the box should be entered in the "Serial Number (Required)" field.
- Subsequent registrations for the individual team members should use their own individual serial numbers in that "Serial Number (Required)" field; they should also tick the box that says "Check here if you have a team subscription" and put the serial number from the box in the field labelled "Team Serial Number".
If you're sure you're doing all that correctly, and if you're sure you're not getting any error or warning messages displayed in the registration screen, then please send us an email to visual.liturgy@c-of-e.org.uk with your serial numbers from the box, and the serial numbers from the team licence generation. If you know how to create screenshots of the registration screen from your computer and can enclose them with your email, it would help us greatly. Please do not send us your passwords, and please do not put your serial number, user name or password in messages on this forum. I hope this helps, and we look forward to hearing from you.
