We have created a new section on the VL Live website for Help with Visual Liturgy Live, and posted our first help document - a guide to the regsitration procedures for VL Live.

Over the next few weeks, we will be adding to the Help section with more notes on frequently asked questions.

If you would like to see more help on any topic that isn't already covered on this website or in the forums, then please let us know by email to electronic.publishing@c-of-e.org.uk

Dear Andrew,

I have downloaded the document on registering and re-registering VL Live (I'm just about to buy a new computer and will need to reload/re-register VL).

I am somewhat (greatly!?) alarmed by the following comment on that document:

If you have any problems during re-registration, please print the form with the Print button and send
a copy to
Visual Liturgy Registrations
Hymns Ancient and Modern Ltd
13-17 Long Lane
London
EC1A 9PN

Does this mean that problems with re-registering VL will ONLY be dealt with by post?

If so, I have to say that I think that this is completely unacceptable.
