Is it possible to save an undated service as a service rather than a template? Say if you wanted to use the same service on more than one occasion?

Dear Ruth,

I'm not 100% sure about what you want to do.

As I see it, you could:

a) Set up your service as a template, but with all the items set with a default text. This would mean that when you created a new service from that template, all you would need to do would be to set the date and location/time. Every item within the template would be set for you and exactly the same as the last time you created that service.

OR

b) Open the services planner. Find the last time you used that service and then click on the "copy service" button. This would then prompt you for the date for the new service and then create your duplicated service. BUT -you would still need to add any variable items.

Overall, my personal preference would be option a. But I may have misunderstood what you are trying to do. If I have, let me know and I'll think again.

Hope this helps.
