We wish to install VL Live on to our new church PC (Windows 7) and to the PC of one Reader.

We have had VL since the Worshipmaster days.  All our CD Rom are upgrade versions ( VL 3.0, VL 4.0 and VL Live).

I seem to rermember that last time I installed VL Live on a new PC, I had to go right back to an original floppy disk for VL 1.5.  Is this right? If so, how do I get around the problem as the PCs I now use and the intended ones do not have a floppy disk drive.

I have been asked to go and install VL Live on the Reader's PC and I would like to know exactly what I have to do before I get there!  I have already created a new team licence for the Reader.

Thanks

Chris Bromley

Dear Chris,

Please run setup from the VL Live upgrade disk. If the program cannot find a previous installation, it displays a prompt that would ask for either disk 1 from the setup disks or CD or an upgrade key.

For tips including help with team registration please visit Visual Liturgy Live registration page.

If you need any further help, please e-mail us on visualliturgy@hymnsam.co.uk or call our Technical Support Team on 020 7898 1451 (Mon- Fri 9AM – 5PM).

Kind Regards,

VL Live Team
