A reader in my parish bought VL and installed it succesfully on his computer. He then bought a license with my details so that I could install VL on my computer. VL installed fine, but I am unable to register because it brings up the message "your license number is not recognised," or something to that effect. Here is what I do when I try to register:
1. License: I enter my license code.
2. Other details: I enter as when we bought the license to use VL for me.
Do I need to enter the Reader's license number, tick the box about team subscription, and then enter my number?

| Nevermind, folks, I figured it out! I was putting in the licenses in the wrong order.
