| Some of you have started to use the Visual Liturgy Live support forums, and we hope you're finding them useful. We encourage you to use them as much as possible, and we hope that they will become the first port of call for VL Live support queries. You've probably already navigated around this support forum area, but in case you've come directly here, you may like to know that we've created five forums called - Installing Visual Liturgy Live

These were based on our thoughts about what might be most useful and our experience of what worked well with Visual Liturgy 4. They should enable us to discuss most matters, but they're not set in stone. The navigation above-left will take you to the top-level of the Visual Liturgy Live support forum if you click on Home >> Visual Liturgy Live You should also find the search feature useful. In the navigation above-right you'll see a link to Search, and this will enable you to find all the queries relating to, say, stylesheets, or dotnetfx. You may well find that other VL Live users have encountered your problem, and that someone has already answered it for you. We do our best at Church House Publishing to respond to queries as quickly as possible, but we are a small team and we have to divide our time between telephone support, answering your emails, and keeping the support forums up-to-date; and that's before we've done any new product development work. To a certain extent, we all rely on the VL Live user community to help each other as much as possible, so if you know the answer to someone's question, don't hold back - post it!

| What about some administrator replies to our forum questions? Several threads have had no "official" input even weeks after their first appearance.
