I have been using VL for a few years and VL live for nearly a year. It has been working fine until yesterday I got this message:
Access to the path C\program data\Vis Lit 5\vlsettings.xml is denied.
Can anyone help me with this please?

Sounds like something has messed up the permissions. You try this:

- Open control Panel

- Select Programs and features

- Select Visual Liturgy Live in the list, right-click and choose Repair
