In the Downloads section of this page, you will find a document that describes the registration procedure for VL Live. It covers first-time registration, re-registration, and registration for team members. Please click on the link below to open that document, and follow the guidlines when registering your copy of VL Live. You'll find it useful to have it open in a separate window alongside your copy of VL Live.

If you're having problems:
Some users have reported that they can't register their copy of VL Live because VL doesn't recognise their internet connection. They complete the online registration form, press Register Now, and VL says "Please connect to the internet..." If this happens to you, please go to the updates archive page of this website to download and install the latest update before you register; this should fix the problem.
